Operating principle:
Compressed air pass the Laval nozzle accelerate to supersonic airflow then inject into grinding area, made the material fluidized. In the grinding area, the accelerated material collected at the nozzles' junction, the particles clashed each other and grinded, then it be conveyed to the grading area by the negative pressure rising air, the grading wheel screen the qualified fine powder, not qualified coarse powder(no big particle) return to the grinding area re grinding. The qualified fine powders enter into cyclone separator alone with the airflow and been collected, the dusty gas discharge into atmosphere after filtration and purification of the bag filter dust collector.
